Investors In Education Awards

Award for Gosberton House School!

Gosberton House School has a strong ethos of education for all, fully believing in our ‘Working Together, Learning Together’ mission statement, and we value the contribution that visiting work placement students make to the teaching and learning experience at our school.

So we were pleased to be nominated by The Gleed School, Spalding, for an EBP Investors in Education award for: "Gosberton House School is a very warm and welcoming placement for our students, who wish to gain knowledge and skills of working within a special needs school.  The school is willing to help students whilst on placement to ensure that they are achieving the best they can."

Mrs Edwards, lead for student placements, represented the school at the awards ceremony, along with Mrs Howitt, HLTA, and Mrs White, chair of governors. As the EBP places over 6,000 students within 2,500 organisations, we were delighted to receive an award.

The ceremony took place at the prestigious Belton Woods Hotel and Country Club and was attended by award-winning businesses (from small to large multinationals), services (eg RAF; Fire Service), and schools (nursery, primary, secondary, FE and special).
